Subscribe To My CrossFit Experience. Friday, February 19, 2010. So this week has felt good getting back to eating right and back to CrossFit. I had been working our Hematology Oncology conference last Friday through Monday, so the combination of really long days, hotel food and not being able to eat consistently really threw me off.
Because we love to eat, CrossFit and repeat the process. Sarah has a great story about how she and her family have come to embrace the paleo lifestyle; you will run out of excuses once you read it. Enjoy and let me know your thoughts.
